The builders behind the careful renovation explain:
"The thoughts behind our renovation have been to renovate around the inherent architecture. Our house was built in the 70s, and there are some clear fashion phenomena within the architecture that are worth preserving," say Johanne and Lukas.
"And there was no doubt when we had to choose a window manufacturer. For us, the windows are the soul of the house, so it is worth the investment in quality, the future, and the architecture to choose the right windows. The choice fell on KRONE for several reasons - we get quality and genuine Danish craftsmanship, but also great freedom to choose the size and material of the windows and sliding doors ourselves, so they match our needs and desires. And finally, there is something nice about everything being produced here in Denmark, and even in our local area.
With KRONE, we could also fulfill our great wish to open up the gable with large window sections, get more light in, and blur the difference between inside and outside. Now we have almost brought the beautiful fjord into the living room," conclude Johanne and Lukas.
