We need the following data when dealing with us:

·        Phone number

·        E-mail address

The purpose of collecting personal data
We register and pass on your personal data in order to be able to deliver goods to you. The above-mentioned information will be passed on to the forwarder, who will deliver the order.

Who has access to your personal data
The personal data is registered with KRONE and is being stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, (“GDPR”).

Krone Vinduer does not hand out any personal data to third-party without consent.

Storage and personal data erasure
Krone Vinduer store your personal data in the following way:

Marketing
After having opted to no longer receive marketing material, you will immediately stop receiving newsletters from Krone Vinduer. Your data will be deleted no later than 180 days from your last physical, telephone or digital contact with Krone Vinduer. 

Sales communication without offer
If your request to receive sales material has not yet resulted in an offer, your data will be stored for up to 180 days from your last physical, telephone or digital contact with KRONE.

Sales communication with offer
If your requested offer has not yet resulted in a purchase, your data will be stored for up to 730 days from your last physical, telephone or digital contact with KRONE.

Buying customer
If your request result in a purchase, your data will be stored during the warranty period of the products bought.

Service/After-sales
Enquiries sent to Krone Vinduer service team will be stored for up to 730 days from the date your enquiry has been finalized.

Job applicants
Applications sent to KRONE through job@krone.as, sent to KRONEs e-mail address or handed over personally in our company will be stored for up to 180 days.

Other enquiries
When making enquiries to KRONE, the personal data provided to us will be stored for up to 90 days from the date of your enquiry.

Contact and remedies according personal data
You have the right to contact KRONE and ask for access to your personal data stored by KRONE. If these should be wrong, incomplete or irrelevant you have the right to rectify, change or demand that personal data is erased according to the rules in the Danish Data Protection Act. All enquiries in this respect must be sent to info@krone.as.

You may file a complaint on the way we process your personal data: Complaints must be handed in to the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. the Danish Data Protection Act, section 58 (1) of the act.

When registered with KRONE, you may always send us your objections to the registration. Also, you may always access your personal data stored. These rights are given according to the Danish Data Protection Act. All enquiries in this respect must be sent to info@krone.as.
