Please remember that damaged elements should never be installed before the complaint is submitted and KRONE has given approval for installation. Note! If you are a private homeowner, please contact the carpenter or timber trade where you purchased your windows, and they will then contact us to plan the next steps. We strive to handle all inquiries as quickly as possible, and we look forward to assisting you.
