WHISTLEBLOWER SCHEME

KRONE is part of DOVISTA and is therefore part of a whistleblower network where everyone has the opportunity to speak up. Everyone is encouraged to inform their immediate supervisor or the HR department if they become aware of any irregularities or neglect. It is also possible to submit concerns anonymously, and all information is treated with strict confidentiality.

SUPPLIER-ENGAGEMENT

We also see it as a great responsibility to ensure a thorough understanding of our subcontractors and their value chain. We always ensure that our subcontractors comply with the Code of Conduct and share the same values as we do as a company. If this is not the case, we choose an alternative supplier.

We distance ourselves from psychological or physical punishment, including threats, discrimination, bullying, or harassment in the workplace. Obligations towards employees are based on national legislation, and agreements on social security are respected and adhered to meticulously.
