WORK CLIMATE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
At KRONE, there is a close, positive, and efficient work climate among the employees. However, a healthy work climate does not come by itself – it is our foremost task to create the framework and ensure that the work environment functions optimally; only in this way do we ensure the continued job satisfaction of our employees.
We adapt the work environment according to national laws on a good work environment, and we are fully focused on optimal safety and ergonomically good working conditions. We also have a mission for a stress-free and positive work climate, lower work pressure, and greater opportunities for individual development and job rotation.
At KRONE, we naturally respect the employees' right to join a union of their choice. We want to ensure that our employees have the right rights, which give our employees a good and stable working day.
We follow the Furniture & Wood Industry Agreement (Møbel & Træindustriens Overenskomst) and have union representatives employed in both our productions.

We are aware of and respect equal treatment and equality among all people regardless of ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, political views, or social background.
WORK SAFETY
We see safety as one of the most important aspects of our workplace, as everyone should be able to move around safely and securely with us, and therefore we constantly focus on preventing workplace accidents.
We do what we can to involve all employees and ensure that everyone works towards the same safety goals. Therefore, we hold weekly board meetings where all production employees participate, and a major focus area is precisely on safety and accident prevention.
Additionally, a production meeting is held once a week, where new initiatives and prevention are also discussed, and our Safety Group also works purposefully to prevent accidents and ensure high work safety.
In our productions, everyone has completed a course on handling workplace accidents, first aid, handling in case of fire, and preventing injuries and accidents through ergonomics.

OUR EMPLOYEES
At KRONE, we take good care of our employees; they are the driving force behind satisfied customers and quality products, and that obligates us. We work with a very flat organizational structure where everyone is important, and where everyone considers and respects each other's tasks.
We also go to great lengths to ensure security and thoroughness in any aspect or condition that affects employees' working conditions and the workplace environment. We offer, among other things, health insurance, pension, SAMU, fruit scheme, staff association, ongoing performance reviews, employee fund, further education, as well as participation in running events and similar activities.
We support our employees' wishes for further education in the form of school or courses, and we also try to fulfill requests for possible internal department transfers. This can be within production, but also from production to office.

AGE IS OF NO IMPORTANCE
KRONE is a prominent profile in the local area, and we wish to contribute to the local community. We train apprentices and take in students for internships, students who wish to strengthen their knowledge through our company. Therefore, we engage in close cooperation and have a good dialogue with local educational institutions about the development and education of students.
Our close cooperation with local schools also means that we are always ready to help. We are always happy to welcome students who have become tired of school and want to try their hand at practical work. Even if this is already around the 8th grade, we are always happy to support and help young people move forward with their dreams.
But we span a wide range of age groups, as we also have space and room for retirees who wish to work part-time. These are typically people who still want to maintain contact with the labor market and colleagues and who want to have a little extra content in their everyday lives.
WE GIVE BACK TO SOCIETY
KRONE is part of DOVISTA, which is owned by the VKR Group. Together with contributions from the rest of the VKR Group, KRONE thus helps to channel part of our financial returns back to society. This is done through the charitable foundations VILLUM FONDEN and VELUX FONDEN, which operate under the common umbrella of THE VELUX FOUNDATIONS.
The foundations support charitable projects within science, culture, art, and social affairs, and employees can also apply for support.
